Taxes

As a marketplace facilitator Rise will begin collecting sales tax as required by sales tax nexus laws based on the location of the seller. 

Rise has not reached sales tax nexus in any location as of 5/1/2022. 

Rise Market does not collect sales tax on behalf of any seller. All sellers are responsible for including sales tax in their listing price and remitting sales tax to their state.
